Payment information

Thank you for your interest in our BK 4.0® construction kits.

As our products are individually manufactured construction kits, sales are not conducted through a traditional online shop but via a personal order process.

1. Order Process

  1. By placing your order, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
  2. You will receive a written confirmation of your order as well as an invoice.
  3. The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation.
  4. After receipt of payment, your construction kit will be manufactured and subsequently shipped.

Production will only commence once a minimum order quantity of ten construction kits has been reached.
If this minimum quantity is not achieved, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made will be fully refunded in such case.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is made by bank transfer to the bank account specified in the invoice.

Full payment details (bank account information, payment reference, etc.) will be provided with the invoice.

The invoice amount is due for payment within 7 days from the invoice date without deduction.

The commencement of production is subject to full receipt of payment.

3. Production and Delivery Time

Our construction kits (Large or Small) are individually handcrafted by a professional carpenter.

Production begins once a total of at least ten orders has been received.

The estimated delivery time is approximately 6 to 12 weeks from the start of production.

In the event of delays, you will be informed without undue delay.

Shipment will take place after completion of production and full receipt of payment to the delivery address specified by you.

4. Right of Withdrawal

As these goods are not prefabricated and are manufactured on the basis of an individual selection or determination by the consumer, or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Therefore, withdrawal from the contract after its conclusion is excluded.
